Btw while I'm providing feedback, Rule 1.18 . Extremely low level of play has one thing I think should change. "b) KDA below 1.2" is theoretically possible even when playing well, if you play heroes such as Omniknight, Oracle, or anything with most of its spell focus on defense. Even my Techies is actually pretty low KDA because I suicide a LOT. The rule as a whole I agree with, but I think that the KDA thing should be possibly looked at because it could punish hero spammers who play stuff like Omniknight.

That's fair. I know it's an edge case it just stuck out to me on an otherwise great rule.
