The launcher automatically downloads and installs the game client — the easiest way to get started.
Training: play against bots
You need to complete the training on the site: it's a normal game against bots. This will help you get used to the old Dota, get to know the original heroes and their abilities, and customize the game and keybindings to your preferences.
- Queue for a bot game in the launcher
- Configure your game client using the launcher and game client
- Win the bot game to unlock access to other game modes
